Using the service
You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when an account or purchase requires it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Music generation and account features depend on external services and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. One-time credit purchases use the price and terms shown before Stripe confirmation. Credit delivery and generated output remain governed by the terms presented with those actions.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content. You may not attempt to bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, scrape protected systems, or impersonate another person or artist.
Creative rights
You must have the rights needed for text, lyrics, references, and other material you submit. Output availability and usage rights may depend on the connected generation provider and the plan in effect at the time of generation.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
